DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please note that the information in this section applies to orders placed through our website only. If you are ordering through your local branch over the phone, or in person please ensure you check the charges and policies that apply.
The dispatch time is the number of working days we will take to process your order and send the items to our courier, after receiving your payment. The dispatch time does not include the delivery time - i.e. the number of working days our courier will take to deliver the item to you. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 11am, on the same day (subject to stock availability), orders received after 11am will be dispatched the next working day, please note, this excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
If you would like to choose a specific delivery date (please note this could entail a “next day delivery charge” being applied), please feel free to give us a call immediately after placing your order and we can endeavor arrange this.

- FREE Standard delivery on orders over £180 inc. VAT
- Standard delivery to local areas within 40 miles of our branches; £5.00 inc. VAT
- Standard UK delivery: £25.00 inc. VAT (Up to 5 working days)
- Next Day delivery: £29.00 inc. VAT for orders placed before 11:00am

Please note all Surcharges are additional to the Standard UK Delivery Charges. All prices, where stated, are exclusive of vat. Please follow checkout procedure in order clarify your area surcharge.
We are unable to offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Unfortunately, due to supplement charges incurred from our couriers we are unable to offer free delivery to all areas, although we do offer a very competitive rate. Unless stated, we cannot guarantee a time and day for delivery, delivery times are between 7:00am and 18:00pm unless you have paid for a special delivery. We make every endeavor to ensure you a speedy delivery but we cannot guarantee the couriers will deliver on time. Your order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 11am, although this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock availability.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY:
Please ensure that there is someone present to sign for your goods; failure to do this will result in the goods being returned to our warehouse, and an additional delivery charge may be requested to redeliver your goods. Please check your package before signing, and in the unlikely event of your package arriving damaged, please sign the courier delivery sheet as damaged and advise us of the damage as soon as possible. We will make every effort in ensuring a speedy correction, however, please be aware we cannot guarantee the courier will deliver on time.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, we are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase. Online orders returned within 14 days of receipt, and only in a resalable condition will be fully refunded. Orders returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% handling charge to cover re-stocking costs. When returning items please ensure you note the following:
Before returning your order, within the 30-day period, contact us on 029 2078 7565 with your order number, your invoice number, and your reason for the return. This information enables us to identify your order when it is returned.
The cost of returns must be covered by the customer, we unfortunately do not provide a collection service. The returned items must be in a perfect 'as new' resalable condition, therefore cellophane protection should not be removed, goods should not be cut or drilled, fittings must not have been fitted and any displayed packaged items must not have been opened.

Cancelling Before You Have Received Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please contact us by telephone on 029 2078 7565. We will need you to send us an email to email@example.com after you have contacted us by telephone to confirm. We aim to dispatch your order on the same day of receiving it so if your order has been dispatched you will be responsible for any cost incurred retrieving your order from our couriers. Our orders are dispatched after 1pm through Monday to Friday, so please notify us before this time.
REPLACEMENTS (Damaged or Faulty Items)
Free replacements for damaged items are only possible if you check your parcels for any signs of damage before signing for your delivery. If you are unable to check, or the driver will not wait, please sign as 'unchecked'. If signing as unchecked, please notify us of any damage by email on firstname.lastname@example.org, within two working days of receiving your delivery. We will only be able to investigate damage if these guidelines are followed. Any damages reported after this period could be deemed to have occurred whilst the items were in your care and no claims will be possible.
