Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, we are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase. Online orders returned within 14 days of receipt, and only in a resaleable condition will be fully refunded. Orders returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% handling charge to cover re-stocking costs. When returning items please ensure you note the following:
Before returning your order, within the 30-day period, contact us on 02920 787565 with your order number, your invoice number, and your reason for the return. This information enables us to identify your order when it is returned.
The cost of returns must be covered by the customer, we unfortunately do not provide a collection service. The returned items must be in a perfect 'as new' resaleable condition, therefore cellophane protection should not be removed, goods should not be cut or drilled, fittings must not have been fitted and any displayed packaged items must not have been opened.

Cancelling Before You Have Received Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please contact us by telephone on 02920 787565. We will need you to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org after you have contacted us by telephone to confirm. We aim to dispatch your order on the same or next day of receiving it, so if your order has been dispatched you will be responsible for any cost incurred retrieving your order from our couriers. Our orders are dispatched after 1pm through Monday to Friday, so please notify us before this time.
REPLACEMENTS (Damaged or Faulty Items):
Free replacements for damaged items are only possible if you check your parcels for any signs of damage before signing for your delivery. If you are unable to check, or the driver will not wait, please sign as 'unchecked'. If signing as unchecked, please notify us of any damage by email to email@example.com, within two working days of receiving your delivery. Please take a picture of the damages to help us with verification. We will only be able to investigate damage if these guidelines are followed. Any damages reported after this period could be deemed to have occurred whilst the items were in your care and no claims will be possible.
We ask that all goods are inspected on arrival, as we cannot accept returns post fitting, and we (Principality Plastics Warehouse) will not be held liable for any fitting or refitting labour costs.
Any time quoted by the Company for delivery of all or any part of the goods is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to meet any such estimate, nor for any loss whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly therefrom.
The Company reserves the right to deliver all or any of the goods and/or the services in advance of the estimated date.
WARRANTIES & LIABILITIES:
Subject to the conditions set out below we warrant that the goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
All warranties are manufacture warranties and are subject to the following conditions;
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from any drawing, design or specification supplied by you.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our / manufacturer’s instructions (fitting guides), misuse, undue care taken when unloading and storing or alteration or repair of goods without our approval.
Warranties do not extend to parts, materials or equipment not supplied by us, in respect of which you shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as we are given by the manufacturer.
We shall be under no liability under any warranty (or guarantee) for any installation, repair, re-installation, removal, or labour cost arising from a fault with any product.
Warranties are not transferable between parties, in respect of this only the purchaser named on the sales invoice, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase and recorded on the sales invoice.
If any product is found to be faulty (following the manufacturers review / visit), we will either replace the faulty product or refund the faulty product (following full receipt of the goods).
Improper installation of products, improper handling of the products and failure to abide by fitting guides or maintenance instructions will mean the warranty is invalid.
Due to specific online discounts and special promotions, stock and prices may differ from those in our local branches.
Due to the on-going volatility in raw material and shipping prices Principality is now unable to guarantee any fixed prices on quotations given for any period greater than 7 days.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
Our online stock availability is subject to our manufacturers and suppliers’ availability of all items. All delivery estimates are working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Once stock has been received at depot from our manufacturers, we will dispatch within 3 working days allowing our third-party delivery service at least 4 working days to deliver.
